Stroon Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)

Who is Stroon?

Stroon is a limited company based in the United Kingdom, F04 1st Floor, Knightrider House, Knightrider Street, Maidstone, ME15 6LU, Company Number 14982571, you can contact us at [email protected].

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our application and website.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

Application” means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named stroon

Application Store” means the digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc. (Apple App Store) or Google Inc. (Google Play Store) in which the application has been downloaded.

“Account” means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our application.

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Company information.

“Content” refers to content such as text, images, or other information that can be posted, uploaded, linked to or otherwise made available by You, regardless of the form of that content.

“Device” means any device that can access the application such as a computer, a cell phone or a digital tablet.

“Feedback” means feedback, innovations or suggestions sent by You regarding the attributes, performance or features of our application.

“Service” refers to the application website.

“Terms and Conditions” (also referred as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the application.

“Third-party Social Media Service” means any services or content (including data, information) provided by a third-party that may be displayed, included or made available by the application.

“Website” refers to stroon, accessible from http://www.stroon.uk

“You” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the application, as applicable.

Acknowledgment

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Application and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Application.

Your access to and use of the Application is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Application.

By accessing or using the Application You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If You disagree with any part of these Terms and Conditions then You may not access the Application.

Your access to and use of the Application is also conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with the Privacy Policy of the Company. Our Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of Your personal information when You use the Application or the Website and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You. Please read Our Privacy Policy carefully before using Our Application.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, you must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Application.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Application and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Collection and Use of IP Addresses

To ensure the highest standards of fairness and integrity on our AI image challenge platform, Stroon has introduced a new practice regarding the collection of IP addresses:

  • Collection of IP Addresses: We are initiating the collection and storage of IP addresses of our users. This measure is designed to ensure a fair and secure environment for all participants by enabling us to better monitor platform activity and maintain the integrity of our competitions.
  • Purpose of Collection: Collecting IP addresses is aimed at enhancing our security measures and guaranteeing that every user has an equal opportunity to compete and succeed. This initiative underscores our commitment to providing a transparent and equitable platform for all users.
  • Integration with Current Usage Data Practices: The collection of IP addresses will be integrated into our existing practices for gathering Usage Data. This ensures a consistent approach to data collection and privacy across our platform.
  • Security and Privacy Commitment: The security and privacy of your information, including your IP address, are our top priorities. We adhere to the highest standards of data protection to safeguard all user information.
  • Your Control and Rights: We respect your rights over your personal information. You have the right to inquire about the IP address data we collect and request its deletion. Our team is dedicated to addressing your concerns promptly and effectively.

  • Account and Data Deletion Feature within the App: We have integrated a “Request My Account and Data Deletion” feature within the app to ensure you have full control over your personal information. This feature allows you to manage your account and data with ease and transparency. Please allow us 5 business days to accomplish your request.

Account Termination

You can leave our app and request your release delete at any time by emailing us with “Termination” in the subject line. We’ll remove your entries upon your request, but they may still be viewable for a while. Removal times depend on the number of entries. We’ll delete your entries from our storage, except for backups, which will be deleted eventually. We may suspend or terminate your access for rule violations, risks, or inactivity. We may also suspend or terminate your account if we suspect unauthorized use. We cannot verify user identities and are not liable for unauthorized access. Notify us immediately if you suspect misuse, and beware of impersonating websites or services. Contact us if in doubt.


Your Right to Post Content

Our application allows You to post Content. You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Application, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness. stroon possesses the authority to decline acceptance of your Content without necessitating any specific justification.

By posting Content to the Application, you grant Us the right and license to upload and distribute Your Content on and through the Application. You retain any and all of Your rights to any Content You submit, post or display on or through the Application and You are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for Us to make Your Content available to other users of the Application, who may also use Your Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is Yours (You own it) or You have the right to use it and grant Us the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and the posting of Your Content on or through the Application does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights or any other rights of any person.

You hereby grant stroon and its affiliated content marketplaces a worldwide, non-exclusive right to utilize your name, display name, and Content for the purpose of promoting stroon and its content marketplaces. This usage will not involve any payment of compensation to you. stroon and its content marketplaces reserve the discretion to decide whether or not to engage in any of these promotional activities, with no liability towards you.

Content Release Guidelines and Responsibilities

Image challenge Submissions

  • Content Ownership: By submitting images to participate in challenges, you affirm that you hold the necessary rights to the content. You must own the copyright or have appropriate licenses.
  • Model Releases: If your image features identifiable faces or human figures, you are responsible for obtaining any required model releases.
  • No Infringement: Ensure that your submissions do not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of others.
  • Content Guidelines: Uploaded images must adhere to the app’s content guidelines, avoiding explicit, offensive, or inappropriate material.
  • Accurate Information: Provide accurate metadata and descriptions for your submissions to aid in identification and categorization.

Voting System

  • Fair Play: Users must engage in fair and ethical voting practices. Any attempts to manipulate or cheat the voting system are strictly prohibited.
  • Reporting: Encourage users to report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior related to voting or challenges submissions.

Release Responsibility

  • Ownership Verification: We reserve the right to verify your ownership or appropriate licensing of challenges submissions.
  • Content Removal: We may remove content that violates guidelines, and repeated violations may result in account suspension.
  • Moderation: Our team will moderate submissions and voting to ensure adherence to guidelines and fair play.

Content Ownership

The copyrights for all Content remain with their respective copyright owners, and these Terms do not constitute a transfer of copyright to stroon, except for the licenses granted to stroon, the content marketplaces, Ultimate Consumers, and any of their sublicensees. However, when you submit Content to stroon, you explicitly and irrevocably waive any and all “moral rights” and “droit moral” you may have under the United States Copyright Act or similar laws in other jurisdictions, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This waiver allows customers to use your Content in accordance with the Licenses issued by stroon or the content marketplaces. In the event that such a waiver is not permissible, you commit not to enforce any moral rights in the Content against stroon, the content marketplaces, their respective customers or sublicensees, or Ultimate Consumers. It’s important to note that you always retain your preexisting ownership rights to your Content.

Content Restrictions

The Company is not responsible for the content of the Application’s users. You expressly understand and agree that You are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by You or any third person using Your account.

You may not transmit and publish any Content that is unlawful, adult or pornographic, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:

Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity.

Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups.

Spam, machine – or randomly – generated, constituting unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any other form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling.

Containing or installing any viruses, worms, malware, trojan horses, or other content that is designed or intended to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment or to damage or obtain unauthorized access to any data or other information of a third person.

Infringing on any proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights.

Impersonating any person or entity including the Company and its employees or representatives.

Violating the privacy of any third person.

False information and features.

The Company reserves the right, but not the obligation, to, in its sole discretion, determine whether or not any Content is appropriate and complies with this Terms, refuse or remove this Content. The Company further reserves the right to make formatting and edits and change the manner of any Content. The Company can also limit or revoke the use of the Application if You post such objectionable Content. As the Company cannot control all content posted by users and/or third parties on the Application, you agree to use the Application at your own risk. You understand that by using the Application You may be exposed to content that You may find offensive, indecent, incorrect or objectionable, and You agree that under no circumstances will the Company be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content.

Content Backups

Although regular backups of Content are performed, the Company does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data.

Corrupt or invalid backup points may be caused by, without limitation, Content that is corrupted prior to being backed up or that changes during the time a backup is performed.

The Company will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content. But You acknowledge that the Company has no liability related to the integrity of Content or the failure to successfully restore Content to a usable state.

You agree to maintain a complete and accurate copy of any Content in a location independent of the Application.

Content Deletion Disclaimer

While we may keep copies of your content during our association, please note that Stroon is not a content or data storage provider and is not accountable for maintaining copies of your content. By using our services, you acknowledge that you will not hold us responsible in the event your content is deleted for any reason. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your content is backed up in a separate location and stored securely.

User Obligations and Assurances on stroon Platforms

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have the authority to enter into agreements and fulfil obligations, including the right to submit Content and grant licenses.
  • You are not legally restricted from entering this agreement.
  • Your Content is solely owned by you, is original, and eligible for copyright protection.
  • Your Content doesn’t infringe on third-party rights.
  • If your Content uses design elements from design programs, you have the required licenses.
  • AI-Generated Content complies with AI Service Agreements and doesn’t infringe on third-party rights.
  • Your Content is not obscene or defamatory and complies with laws.
  • No legal actions threaten your Content or the rights you grant.
  • You won’t engage in spamming or false advertising related to stroon.
  • stroon may notify you of any claims inconsistent with your warranties, and they can withhold compensation pending claim resolution.
  • You’ll cooperate in the defense of such claims if necessary.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in withheld compensation and legal action.

Electronic Communications Terms

By using Stroon’s services, you consent to receiving all communications, agreements, documents, notices, and disclosures (collectively referred to as “Communications”) related to your Content and your account. These Communications encompass agreements, policy updates, account statements, tax statements (if applicable), and any other pertinent information concerning your Content and account. Stroon will deliver Communications to you through either email to the primary email address associated with your Stroon account or by posting them on the Stroon website.

To access and retain electronic Communications, ensure you have the following:

  • A computer or mobile device with an internet connection.
  • An up-to-date web browser.
  • Software capable of accurately reading and displaying PDF files.
  • A valid email address (the one on file in your Stroon account).
  • Adequate storage capacity to save past Communications or a printer for hard copies.

Your consent implies that you possess the necessary equipment to receive, open, and either print or download Communications for your records. Feel free to print or save these Communications, as they might not be available online later.

If you wish to withdraw your consent for receiving electronic Communications, please contact us at [email protected]. Your withdrawal will take effect once we’ve had a reasonable opportunity to process your request.

Should you require a paper copy of a Communication that Stroon previously sent electronically, you may request one within 180 days of the initial Communication by contacting us as described above. We will mail the paper copy to your current street address on file. Keep in mind that Stroon may charge a records request fee for each Communication delivered in this manner.

Maintaining an accurate primary email address in your account is your responsibility to ensure that Stroon can reach you electronically. If Stroon sends an electronic Communication that you don’t receive due to an incorrect, outdated, or blocked primary email address or any other reason preventing electronic delivery, it will be considered as though Stroon has provided the Communication to you. You can update your primary email address at any time by modifying your account settings.

Future Introduction of Virtual Currency
We are considering the introduction of virtual currency in the future. Once virtual currency is available, additional terms and conditions specific to the use and purchase of virtual currency will apply. These will be communicated through updates to these Terms and Conditions.

Copyright Policy

Intellectual Property Infringement

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is Our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on the Application infringes a copyright or other intellectual property infringement of any person.

If You are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and You believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement that is taking place through the Application, you must submit Your notice in writing to the attention of our copyright problem via email ([email protected]) and include in Your notice a detailed description of the alleged infringement.

You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees) for misrepresenting that any Content is infringing Your copyright.

DMCA Notice and DMCA Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims

You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):

An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright’s interest.

A description of the copyrighted work that You claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) of the location where the copyrighted work exists or a copy of the copyrighted work.

Identification of the URL or other specific location on the Service where the material that You claim is infringing is located.

Your address, telephone number, and email address.

A statement by You that You have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement by You, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in Your notice is accurate and that You are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.

You can contact our copyright agent via email ([email protected]). Upon receipt of a notification, the Company will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenge content from the Application

Intellectual Property

The Application and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.

Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.

stroon Trademark

The name “stroon,” including its stylized representation in the form of a rotated “s,” as well as any associated logos, designs, or other marks, are trademarks owned and protected by [stroon ltd.] (“the Company”). These trademarks are registered or unregistered trademarks in [United Kingdom] and other jurisdictions. Unauthorized use of these trademarks or any imitation thereof is strictly prohibited. In addition to our trademark rights, we also assert and reserve the right to protect the unique functionality, features, and methods of operation of the “stroon” app, including any innovative aspects of its design and operation. Any attempt to reproduce, reverse engineer, or replicate the functionality of the “stroon” app is expressly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Company. By using the “stroon” app, you agree not to engage in any activities that infringe upon our intellectual property rights, including our trademarks and unique app functionality. Any violation of these rights may result in legal action and the termination of your access to the app.

Challenges Terms

Sign-Up Phase: To participate in our exciting Challenge, the initial requirement is to complete the sign-up phase. Our application provides several sign-up options for challenges, such as the ability to effortlessly upload an image and automatically join the most populated Challenge, or manually select a Challenge. This process serves as your gateway to engaging in our challenges, allowing you to exhibit your unique creations and compete for community votes.

Voting Phase: The voting phase of each challenge begins when it accumulates a specific number of registered images, typically 64 or, in the diamond league, 1024. At this point, all registered users can participate by voting for their favourite images. You can even invite your friends to join the app and cast votes for your images. Newly registered users can immediately start uploading their images and participating in challenges.

Winner Determination: The winners of challenges are determined solely by the number of votes received from the community. The participant with the highest vote count at the end of the voting phase wins the challenges. Please note that votes are cast by registered users and play a crucial role in the challenges. We take fairness seriously and reserve the right to investigate and take action against fraudulent or manipulative voting activities to ensure a level playing field. Our decision regarding the determination of winners is final and binding. Challenges prizes, if applicable, will be awarded as described in the respective challenges rules or descriptions. By signing up for our app and participating in challenges, you agree to abide by our Terms and Conditions, which encompass the rules and guidelines for these activities. Additionally, certain challenges may have eligibility requirements, which will be outlined in the challenge rules. Enjoy the creative challenges, and may the best creations win!

Hero System:

Hero Titles: In Stroon, victors of various challenges are awarded prestigious titles:

  • Iron Challenge victors are crowned as City Heroes.
  • Gold Challenge champions receive the title of Country Hero.
  • A new title and abilities for Diamond Challenge winners will be introduced in one of our upcoming features.

Challenge Creation and Voting:

  • The order of Challenge creation is decided by user votes on both city and country lists. Users have the privilege to cast one vote on each city and country each day.
  • Users can vote on which hero to be challenged next. Each new Challenge generated will be the one at the top of these lists.
  • Once a Challenge is created, the corresponding city or country will move to the bottom of the list. While the Challenge can be voted on immediately, it won’t be activated until the current Challenge with the same name finishes.

Hero Abilities:

  • When a city or country with an existing Hero is played again, the Hero holding that Challenge can kick out other images and take over their slot during the countdown phase.
  • Heroes can use all their own images not participating in other Challenges to take over any image place in the Iron Challenge.
  • To take over slots in a Gold Challenge, the Hero must possess a Gold Key for each takeover.

Real-Time Updates:

  • The real-time updated City and Country Hero lists are available on our website, along with users’ social network links of choice.

User made challenges:

Purchasing a Challenge: To initiate a Challenge, users must first purchase one from the market. To do this, user will need credits. Credits can be obtained in various ways while using the app.
Please note that the price of user made Challenges can vary, and we reserve the right to change these prices at any time.

Challenge Size and Rounds:

  • 16 images: 2 rounds
  • 64 images: 3 rounds
  • 256 images: 4 rounds
  • 1024 images: 5 rounds

After purchasing, the Challenge will appear in your inventory. To start setting it up, click the “use” button.

Setting Up a Challenge:

  1. Participation Mode: Decide who can join your Challenge by selecting either ‘Private’ to keep it among friends or ‘Public’ to open it up to all users. In private mode, your contest will only be shown to your friends in the upcoming phase.
  2. Voting Mode: Choose between ‘Private’ and ‘Public’ vote modes. A private vote ensures exclusivity within your circle, while a public vote allows all users to participate in the voting phase.
  3. Naming Your Challenge: Provide a name for your Challenge, keeping it catchy and within a 20-character limit. We reserve the right to modify titles for clarity and appeal.
  4. Round Duration: Determine the length of each round. The total length of the Challenge will be the selected duration multiplied by the number of rounds.
  5. Scheduling: Set a start date for the signup phase, ensuring it is at least 24 hours in the future to allow for the Challenge name review.

Prizes: Offering prizes such as credits, Stroon coins, or keys can boost participation and reward winners.

Creating the Challenge: With all the details in hand, click ‘Create’ to launch your Challenge. Once approved, it will appear in the upcoming section. Upon accessing it, you will notice additional buttons not found on system-generated Challenges.

Challenge Management:

  • Cancellation: The owner of the Challenge can cancel it at any time. In such cases, prizes are fully refunded, but the owner will only receive 50% of the Challenge’s value back.
  • Participant Withdrawal: Participants can withdraw from the Challenge at any time.

Standard Rules: The rules for image advancement remain unchanged: the image with the most votes advances to the next round, and ultimately, the winning image claims the Challenge.

Sponsorship Program:

By participating in our Sponsorship Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • Unlocking Sponsorship feature: Unlocking Sponsorship feature: Achieving victory in the Iron League opens up the opportunity to become a sponsor but also disables the chance to become sponsored.
  • Sponsorship Relationship: In this system, users who have previously achieved success in the Iron Challenge have the opportunity to invite newcomers who have not yet won in the Iron Challenge. The inviting player becomes the “sponsor,” and the invited player becomes the “sponsored.”
  • Sponsorship Deactivation: Both Sponsors and Sponsored Users Possess the Ability to Deactivate Their Status.
  • Sponsor Rewards: Sponsors can send in-app credits, to their sponsored friends, fostering an environment where talented users can excel in various challenges.
  • Earnings Share: Sponsors receive a reward equivalent to 10% of the earnings generated by their sponsored players, serving as an incentive to invite more users and support their success. This does not affect the sponsored rewars. Sponsored users will also recieve 1 credit whenever their sponsors win in a Challenge.
  • Increase sponsorship slots: Now, users can improve their sponsorship capabilities by buying extra sponsor slots for credits, of course after this feature is unlocked for the user. Users can expand their influence and support multiple individuals or causes, as they can have a maximum of up to 5 sponsor slots.

Credits: User has opportunities with Credits: To Buy Inventory, sponsorship slots, Keys, or User made Challenges.

Using Credits:

  • Slot Improvements: Credits allow you to buy inventory or sponsor slots.
  • Keys: Users can purchase Golden Keys, price can vary.
  • User made Challenges: Users can buy different capacity Challenges.

Earning Credits:

  • Inviting a friend with a referral URL (when the request is accepted and the new user participates in 5 Challenges) earns you 10 credit.
  • Casting 1 vote per day – 1 credit
  • Casting 10 votes per day – 1 credit
  • Casting 20 votes per day – 1 credit
  • Joining Challenges with 3 images in a day – 1 credit
  • Joining Challenges with 5 images in a day – 1 credit
  • Joining the same Challenge with 4 images – 1 credit
  • Sponsored player win an Iron challenge- 10% of the gold key cost in credits.
  • Sponsored player eliminated in 1st round in a Gold challenge – 10% of credits.
  • Sponsored player eliminated in 2nd round in a Gold challenge – 10% of credits.
  • Sponsored player eliminated in 3rd round in a Gold challenge – 10% of credits.
  • Sponsored player winning in a Gold challenge – 10% of credits.

Sponsor reward does not affect Sponsored player’s rewards.

Daily Challenges

Daily Challenges: Our platform offers a variety of daily challenges, ranging from voting on certain images to joining challenges, providing a diverse and engaging way to earn credits. To begin participating in daily challenges, simply press on the star icon. This feature allows you to track your progress in real-time and see how many challenges you’ve managed to conquer each day.

Rewards: By completing these daily challenges, you earn credits. These credits are valuable and enhance your gaming experience by allowing you to purchase in-app items from the market.

Using Credits: To access the market, press the cart button. The process of purchasing items is made simple—just tap on the ‘Buy’ button below the item you wish to acquire, and it’s yours. User-made challenges and keys will be automatically added to your inventory, while inventory and sponsorship slots will apply automatically.

Reset Schedule: Please note that daily challenges reset at 23:00 CET each day.

This section outlines the structure, benefits, and procedures of daily challenges, ensuring users understand how to participate and utilize the rewards effectively.

Public Gallery Usage

Accessing the Public Gallery: Begin by either tapping on the “Join a Challenge” button or selecting a room inside a Challenge with available space. Next, select an image from the public gallery by pressing the corresponding button. This action will bring you to a treasure trove of images, displayed in two columns with a search bar above them. Simply start typing letters, and the app will filter images based on your input, making it easier to find the perfect one.

Selecting and Using an Image:

  1. Once an image catches your eye, tap on it.
  2. You then have the option to rename it or keep the default name. Make your choice and press “Use this image” to proceed.
  3. Depending on how you accessed this feature (via joining a Challenge or selecting a room), you’ll either complete a form or be registered immediately.
  4. Your chosen image is then removed from the public gallery and added to your gallery to ensure exclusivity. The image will also appear in your personal gallery.

Image Ownership and Management:

  • Images obtained from public galleries will be owned by the user who first uses them and can be reused infinitely or deleted.
  • In Stroon, each user starts with a gallery of 6 slots. If you need more space, you can either delete an image from your gallery or buy additional gallery slots from our market.

Deleting Images:

  • If you decide to delete an image, ensure to detach any keys or tie-breakers beforehand; otherwise, you will lose them.

Tie-Breaker System

Tie-Breakers: In the event of a draw, the image that received the first vote will advance to the next round, while the other image or images with the same number of votes will be eliminated and awarded a tie-breaker. Tie-Breaker grants the image an advantage in future draw situations, ensuring it is prioritized to proceed into the next round.

Stacking Tie-Breakers: Tie-breakers can stack. In a scenario where multiple images have the same number of tie-breakers(e.g., 1-1), the image that received the first vote will advance to the next round. The other images will be eliminated and receive an additional tie-breaker, thereby increasing their chances in future draw situations.

Exchange for Credits: Besides providing an advantage in tie situations, tie-breakers can be exchanged for credits. To compensate users who frequently get eliminated through this method, the exchange rates are as follows:

  • 1 tie-breaker = 1 credit
  • 2 tie-breakers = 2 credits
  • 3 tie-breakers = 4 credits
  • 4 tie-breakers = 8 credits
  • 5 tie-breakers = 16 credits

We reserve the right to change the exchange rate at any time.

Note: A maximum of 5 tie-breakers can be stacked on one image.

Gold Key: In Iron challenges, users can earn gold keys. These keys not only serve as a testament to your achievements but also open doors to higher Gold tier challenges.

By winning Gold Keys on our platform, users agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Any violation of these terms may result in the suspension or termination of user accounts and privileges

Frames:

The ultimate victor of a Gold-type of Challenge will receive a Golden Frame as their prize, while the champion of a Diamond-type of Challenge will be granted a Diamond Frame. It is important to note that only one frame may be selected for an image, regardless of the number of victories. Furthermore, these Frames possess a unique feature: a dazzling shine that accumulates with each successive challenges triumph. This means that a frame can exhibit multiple and even distinct shines over time.

Payouts:

Payment Processors: We are currently in the process of integrating PayPal and other payment processors, including gift cards, which will be available once officially announced. In the testing phase, certain features may appear intermittently in the system, but users will not be able to use them.

Once these integrations, necessary licenses, and permissions are completed, the following terms will apply:

  1. Real-World Monetary Rewards: Following the completion of the voting process and the determination of a winning entry from the images submitted to Gold and Diamond type of Challenge, the user who submitted the winning image (referred to as the “Challenge winner”) and eventually hers/his sponsor, will receive a specific amount stroon coins as specified by the app or the Challenge organizer.
  2. User Payout Options: Our users can choose between receiving a Stroon coins payout or converting it into options like acquiring gift cards. We guarantee speedy issuance of these payouts, as long as users have current and valid payment information on record for payment receipt.
  3. Minimum Payout: There is a minimum payout threshold per accounting period of either (i) ten U.S. Dollars (USD 10.00); or (ii) a minimum payout amount selected by the user, so long as the chosen amount is not less than ten U.S. Dollars (USD 10.00) (the “Payout Minimums”). If a user has not reached the Payout Minimum, the user cannot request a payout.
  4. Termination and Refunds: If a user’s account is terminated due to a breach of the app’s terms, the app reserves the right to retain any outstanding payouts as liquidated damages.
  5. Overpayments: If, for any reason, the app makes an overpayment to users, the app has the right to deduct the amount of the overpayment from future accrued payouts or demand immediate repayment of the overpaid amount.
  6. Payment to Designated Accounts: Users must ensure that their designated payment processing service account is not shared with another user. The app’s obligation to make payments to users will be fulfilled by making payments to the payment processing service designated by the user.
  7. Tax Responsibilities: Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from receiving payouts. Depending on the tax laws in their country of residence, users may be required to report and pay taxes on the income received from payouts. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local tax regulations, Stroon ltd shall not be held liable for any tax-related issues. Users are encouraged to consult with a tax professional to understand their tax obligations
